What is the process?
Engaging me as a life coach is a personalized experience designed to meet your unique needs. We might have one or several sessions together, each following a process of investigation, evaluation, and action. Initially, we’ll meet to get to know each other and discuss your goals. If we’re both comfortable, we’ll agree to work together. Our first session will explore your goals or challenges in-depth. The following sessions will focus on achieving those goals and continuing our exploration. Typically, you can expect to have at least two sessions after our initial consultation.
1. Free 30-minute Consultation
We ideally meet in person, chat, see if we click, and set our first session.
2. Exploring goals and challenges
Our first session will look at the goals and challenges that you are looking to work through; one session may be enough to get you on your way.
3. Setting Goals
As part of your coaching there will likely be an action plan to get you on your path.
4. Checking in and adjusting your plan
Here we confirm that the plan is working for you, if there are obstacles to resolve or if the plan needs to change.
5. Celebrate
Celebrating traditionally comes at the end but all the way through the process there are wins and your coach is your cheerleader.
