Working with me as your life coach is a transformative journey tailored entirely to you. Together, we’ll unlock your potential and create a path that aligns with your aspirations. From there, we’ll dive into what matters most, uncovering insights and crafting a clear vision for your future. After our initial consultation, you can expect at least two impactful sessions to build momentum and drive success. 1. Free 30-minute Consultation
We ideally meet in person, chat, see if we click, and set our first session.
2. Exploring goals and challenges
Our first session will look at the goals and challenges that you are looking to work through; one session may be enough to get you on your way.
3. Setting Goals
As part of your coaching there will likely be an action plan to get you on your path.
4. Checking in and adjusting your plan
Here we confirm that the plan is working for you, if there are obstacles to resolve or if the plan needs to change.
5. Celebrate
Celebrating traditionally comes at the end but all the way through the process there are wins and your coach is your cheerleader.
